This space has been sorely neglected as of late. SO MUCH has happened!! It will take some time to narrate it all, but until I get make that time, I wanted to pop in here to say “Hello”.
As some of you might know, I’ve given the blog a much needed make-over. It was high time! What do you think? I’m finding my tastes are changing to such a degree that I’m a little out of breath. 
Once upon a time, I would never have gone with such a white, modern looking layout. But I wanted a fresh and simple looking place to display my colorful life. I’m finding that in my redecorating of the house, too. I have some super projects for the future in this regard that I’m hoping to share with you.
Until then, I’ll leave you with some pictures of our latest (read: completed) project: new floors! (The floors are the newer floating floor system from The Home Depot)
It took 3 adults about 7 hours to do all the floors. And boy, do we love it!!
